파이낸스 스튜디오(이하 “앱”)는 1인 사업자, 프리랜서, 소상공인을 위한 모바일 청구서·견적서 작성 및 영수증 관리 서비스를 제공하며, 이용자의 개인정보 및 비즈니스 데이터를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다.
1. 수집·처리하는 정보
- 사업자등록증·명함·영수증 촬영 사진: 이용자가 업로드한 이미지는 AI OCR(광학 문자 인식) 텍스트 자동 추출 목적으로만 처리됩니다.
- 사업자 및 계좌 정보: 청구서 및 견적서 작성을 위해 이용자가 직접 입력한 상호명, 사업자등록번호, 대표자명, 연락처, 사업장 주소, 입금 계좌번호, 직인/서명 이미지.
- 고객(청구처) 및 품목 정보: 청구서 수신처 고객명, 거래처 사업자 정보, 청구 품목명, 단가, 수량, 금액, 발행일자, 마감일자.
- 기기 식별자 및 접속 기록: 서비스 동기화 및 클라우드 데이터 백업 유지를 위한 익명 사용자 토큰, 웹 청구서 열람 기록(열람 일시, 횟수).
2. 이용 목적
- AI OCR 기반 영수증·사업자등록증 정보 자동 입력 및 지출 데이터베이스화.
- 청구서, 견적서, 거래명세서의 PDF 생성 및 웹 뷰어 링크([https://invoice.koonkim.com/v/id]) 제공.
- 고객 열람 여부 실시간 확인(열람 추적 기능) 및 매입/매출 부가세 계산 통계 제공.
- 다중 기기간 데이터 백업 및 동기화 지원.
3. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
- AI OCR 처리 사업자: Google(Gemini Vision API) — 영수증 및 사업자등록증 이미지에서 텍스트를 추출하기 위한 목적으로만 데이터가 전송되며, 처리 후 영구 보관되지 않습니다.
- 글로벌 엣지 호스팅: Cloudflare Inc. — 안전한 SSL 암호화 웹 청구서 뷰어 호스팅 및 CDN 서비스 제공.
4. 보관 및 파기
- 로컬 우선 저장 원칙: 모든 거래처 및 청구서 데이터는 기본적으로 이용자의 스마트폰 로컬 데이터베이스(SQLite)에 안전하게 저장됩니다.
- 서버 동기화 데이터: 이용자가 동기화를 진행하거나 웹 청구서 링크를 생성한 경우에 한하여 서버에 암호화되어 보관되며, 앱 내에서 문서를 삭제하거나 계정 삭제를 요청할 경우 서버 데이터베이스에서 즉시 영구 파기됩니다.
- AI 인식을 위해 전송된 임시 이미지 파일은 텍스트 변환 즉시 서버 메모리에서 안전하게 소멸됩니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
- 이용자는 언제든지 앱 내에서 본인의 데이터(청구서, 영수증, 사업자 정보, 고객 정보)를 열람, 수정, 내보내기(Excel/PDF), 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 데이터 전체 삭제 또는 계정 탈퇴를 원하실 경우 공식 이메일을 통해 요청하시면 지체 없이 모든 연동 데이터를 파기합니다.

- 본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 비즈니스 활동을 영위하는 개인 및 사업자를 위한 서비스입니다.

Finance Studio (“the App”) provides mobile invoicing, estimate generation, and receipt tracking tools for sole proprietors, freelancers, and small businesses. We handle user data strictly in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Information Collected & Processed
- Uploaded Images (Receipts / Business Cards): Processed solely for AI OCR text extraction.
- Business Profile & Banking Details: Company name, business registration number, representative name, contact details, address, bank account number, and signature/stamp image entered by the user.
- Customer & Line Items Data: Customer names, client business information, item descriptions, unit prices, quantities, amounts, issuance dates, and payment due dates.
- Device Identifiers & Logs: Anonymous auth tokens for cloud synchronization, web invoice read tracking logs (view timestamp and view count).
2. Purpose of Use
- Automating receipt data entry and business card contact extraction via AI OCR.
- Generating professional PDF invoices, estimates, statements, and online viewable links.
- Real-time invoice view tracking and VAT tax calculation summaries.
- Multi-device synchronization and secure cloud backup.
3. Third-Party Sharing & Processors
- AI OCR Processor: Google (Gemini Vision API) — Encrypted transmission strictly for optical character recognition; not retained permanently by the processor.
- Edge & Web Hosting: Cloudflare Inc. — Provides SSL-encrypted web invoice viewing infrastructure and CDN services.
4. Data Retention & Disposal
- Local-First Principle: All records are stored primarily within the user's local device storage (SQLite).
- Cloud Synced Data: Data synchronized for web viewing is stored securely and permanently deleted upon user request or invoice removal.
- Temporary image buffers used during OCR analysis are immediately cleared from memory upon processing.
5. User Rights
- Users have full control to view, edit, export (Excel/PDF), or delete their invoices, customers, and business data at any time.
- Account or data deletion requests can be made via email and will be processed without delay.
