훌훌(hulhul) 계정·데이터 삭제

훌훌은 로그인 없이 기기마다 익명 계정을 만들어 씁니다. 아래 방법으로 계정과 서버에 있는 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.

1. 앱에서 바로 삭제 (권장)

• 앱 실행 → 설정 → 계정·데이터 삭제 → 확인
• 즉시 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

2. 앱을 쓸 수 없을 때 — 이메일로 요청

• [email protected] 으로 제목 “[훌훌] 계정 삭제 요청”을 보내 주세요.
• 익명 계정이라 본인 확인을 위해 광장에 올린 글의 내용 일부와 대략적인 작성 날짜를 함께 적어 주세요. 확인되는 글과 그 계정의 데이터를 삭제합니다.
• 요청은 7일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.

3. 삭제되는 데이터

• 감정 기록(감정 태그·날짜), 광장에 올린 글과 거기 달린 댓글, 내가 쓴 댓글
• 내가 누른 공감·위로·신고, 작성자 차단 목록, 계정 자체
• 앱에서 삭제한 경우 기기에 저장된 토큰·계정 ID·기기 ID(iOS Keychain 포함)

4. 남는 데이터와 보관 기간

• 남용 방지용 IP 주소별 이용 횟수 기록: 계정과 연결되지 않으며 약 7일 뒤 자동 삭제
• Google AdMob이 수집한 광고 정보는 Google 정책에 따릅니다(기기의 광고 설정에서 관리).
• ‘태우기’한 글의 원문은 처음부터 저장하지 않습니다.

HulHul Account & Data Deletion

HulHul creates an anonymous account per device, without login. You can delete the account and its server data as follows.

1. Delete in the app (recommended)

• Open the app → Settings → Delete account & data → confirm
• Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

2. If you cannot use the app — request by email

• Email [email protected] with the subject “[HulHul] Account deletion request”.
• Because accounts are anonymous, please include part of a post you shared to the plaza and its approximate date so we can identify the account.
• Requests are processed within 7 days and we will reply with the result.

3. Data deleted

• Emotion records (tags and dates), posts you shared and their comments, comments you wrote
• Reactions and reports you made, your blocked-author list, and the account itself
• When deleted in the app: the token, account ID and device ID stored on the device (including iOS Keychain)

4. Data retained

• Per-IP usage counters for abuse prevention: not linked to the account, deleted automatically after about 7 days
• Advertising data collected by Google AdMob follows Google's policy (manage it in your device ad settings).
• Raw texts of ‘Burned’ thoughts are never stored.

HulHul アカウント・データ削除

HulHulはログインなしで端末ごとに匿名アカウントを作成します。以下の方法でアカウントとサーバー上のデータを削除できます。

1. アプリから削除（推奨）

• アプリを開く → 設定 → アカウント・データ削除 → 確認
• 即時に削除され、元に戻せません。

2. アプリを利用できない場合 — メールで申請

• [email protected] に件名「[HulHul] アカウント削除申請」でお送りください。
• 匿名アカウントのため、本人確認として広場に投稿した内容の一部とおおよその投稿日をご記入ください。
• 申請は7日以内に処理し、結果をご返信します。

3. 削除されるデータ

• 感情の記録（タグ・日時）、広場に投稿した記事とそのコメント、書き込んだコメント
• 押した共感・励まし・通報、投稿者ブロック一覧、アカウント自体
• アプリで削除した場合、端末に保存されたトークン・アカウントID・端末ID（iOS Keychainを含む）

4. 残るデータと保持期間

• 不正利用防止のためのIPアドレス別利用回数：アカウントとは紐付かず、約7日後に自動削除
• Google AdMobが収集した広告情報はGoogleのポリシーに従います（端末の広告設定で管理）。
• 「燃やした」メモの本文は最初から保存しません。
