풀롱(Pullong) 서비스 이용약관

1. 목적
본 약관은 풀롱(Pullong, 이하 “서비스”)이 제공하는 올인원 워크스페이스(대화방, 이슈 추적, 실시간 위키 문서 및 양방향 상호연결)의 이용조건 및 절차, 이용자와 서비스 제공자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
2. 서비스의 제공 및 내용
- 실시간 대화 채널 & 스레드: 팀 및 프로젝트별 주제 채널, 스레드 댓글, 리액션 및 메시지 공유.
- 칸반 이슈 추적: 분수 랭킹(LexoRank) 기반 카드 드래그 앤 드롭 정렬, 스프린트 관리 및 원자적 이슈 번호 발급.
- 실시간 블록 위키: 블록 단위 Dirty Tracking 및 디바운스 자동 저장이 적용된 고성능 협업 문서.
- 양방향 상호연결(Entity Link): 메시지↔이슈↔문서 간 N:M 연결을 통한 컨텍스트 보존.
3. 이용자의 의무 및 금지사항
- 이용자는 타인의 개인정보를 무단 수집하거나 계정을 도용해서는 안 됩니다.
- 악성 코드 유포, 서비스 서버 및 SignalR 허브에 대한 비정상적 과부하 공격, 리버스 엔지니어링 행위를 엄격히 금지합니다.
- 불법적이거나 타인의 저작권을 침해하는 콘텐츠의 등록 및 유포 행위를 금지합니다.
4. 지식재산권 및 콘텐츠의 귀속
- 이용자가 워크스페이스 내에 작성한 모든 데이터(메시지, 이슈, 문서 콘텐츠)의 저작권은 해당 작성자 및 워크스페이스 소유자에게 귀속됩니다.
- 풀롱은 서비스 제공 및 안정적 동기화 목적 외에 이용자의 저작물을 무단 활용하지 않습니다.
5. 면책 조항
- 천재지변, 정전, 통신사 회선 장애 또는 외부 클라우드 인프라 장애 등 불가항력적인 사유로 인한 일시적 서비스 중단에 대해 고의 또는 중과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 이용자 상호 간 또는 이용자와 제3자 간에 서비스를 매개로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 개입할 의무가 없으며 이에 따른 손해를 배상하지 않습니다.

1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the access and use of Pullong (“Service”), an all-in-one team workspace integrating channels, kanban issue tracking, and real-time wiki documentation.
2. Description of Services
- Real-Time Channels & Threads: Structured team chats, threaded discussions, reactions, and pinned messages.
- Kanban Issue Boards: LexoRank fractional reordering, atomic issue numbering, and sprint milestones.
- Block-Based Collaborative Wiki: In-place block synchronizations with client dirty tracking and debounced auto-saves.
- Bidirectional Entity Links: Seamless N:M linking connecting messages, issues, and wiki docs.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
- Users must not impersonate others or harvest unauthorized credentials.
- Interfering with server infrastructure, flooding WebSocket connections, or reverse-engineering client binaries is strictly prohibited.
- Uploading copyrighted or unlawful content without explicit authorization is forbidden.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content (messages, tickets, documentation) generated by users remains the intellectual property of the respective author and workspace owner.
- Pullong claims no ownership over your proprietary collaboration data.
5. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, or upstream cloud disruptions, except in cases of willful misconduct.
